Our Gann Strength & Conditioning class is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles.  Difficulty level depends on what you’re willing to put in, anyone of any age can complete this class. Modification can be made due to age, injury, or capabilities.
