Our Kids BJJ Class is submission grappling that teaches a person how to defend himself against an adversary by using leverage and proper technique and teaches discipline, the importance of an active lifestyle, and a healthy approach to eating and taking care of your body .  Difficulty level depends on what you’re willing to put in, anyone of any age can complete this class. Modification can be made due to age, injury, or capabilities.

Our Brazilian Jiu-jitsu class is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a person how to defend himself against an adversary by using leverage and proper technique and use of the Gi uniform.
