Your intro appointment is scheduled 15 minutes prior to class start time. This will give us a chance to fill out a student information form and get you fitted for a uniform to borrow for the free trial. ***Please note - the gym will likely not be open prior to the appointment time as we are typically using this time to clean and prepare the gym for a night of classes!
Yes, there is nothing to purchase or commit to for your trial lesson.
Classes are designed to challenge you in a positive and fun way! These classes are designed for anyone fit enough for moderate exercise. You will have fun in your first class!
